Erin is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and a Good Inside Parent Coach. As an Independent Contractor with Sage House Therapy, she offers telehealth sleep coaching packages and parent coaching packages. Her expertise lies in collaborating with parents to realize their goal of creating a tranquil and harmonious home environment where both restfulness and connection thrive. In sleep coaching for toddlers or school-age children, Erin will help families to improve the quality and quantity of sleep. Parents will learn to master bedtime challenges, middle of the night wakings, early wakings, transitions, schedules, fears, anxiety, connection, and more. Families often see progress in as little as one to two weeks. She also works with parents of infants to improve schedules, naps, nighttime sleep, attachment, and more. Her passion lies in helping families attain the sleep they deserve while strengthening their connection.

In parent coaching, Erin integrates a blend of Dr. Becky Kennedy’s Good Inside approach, Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support parents to parent in a way they can feel good about. She can help parents with boundaries, emotion regulation, frustration tolerance, deeply feeling kids, behaviors, school challenges, listening, tantrums, sleep, siblings, repair and more. Erin enjoys helping parents to feel sturdy and confident doing this hard work as a parent while improving their relationships with their children. Erin is often praised by clients for her empathetic approach, deep knowledge, attentive listening skills, and her ability to create a secure environment conducive to learning and personal development. Erin is an out-of-network provider with insurance.
